Referral to the Program

Making a referral is simple. Just call our office to schedule a complimentary “ECTC Consult” to start the process. Please make sure to provide all your child’s outside records including prior evaluations and IEPs. Also bring your health insurance card and information in order to help determine your coverage, eligibility, and co-payments for the program.
